We love parties and we love pets, but we also love our neighbors and our son has a terrible allergy to dogs, cats, guinea pigs and bunnies (that is what we know for sure).
Our son has been hospitalized due to reaction, so we kindly ask that if you require an animal that you consider alternate accommodations to help keep him safe.
We try very hard to meet the 3 pm check-in time but, on occasion, the condo isn’t available until 5 pm if excessive cleaning is required.
We will always work with you to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, so that might mean that we will ask you to drop your bags in the secure attached garage and walk across the street for a refreshment.
Additionally, if we do not have a guest checking out that day, it is very likely you can have an earlier check-in. Please check with Daisy (our local property manager) the week of your arrival and she will be able to tell you when to expect access.
100% of the rental fee to secure the reservation.
$300 refundable damage deposit will be collected at booking and will be refunded within 3 days of departure.
Cleaning fee of $100 and 8% Sales and Use tax are included in price at booking.
